Rev. Arcelia or "Rev. Cee Cee" as she is known was licensed to preach the gospel by the St. Paul’s Baptist Church in Richmond, Virginia under the Pastoral leadership of Dr. Lance Watson. At St. Paul’s she served in many capacities to include the Youth Minister. In 2003, serving as an Evangelist, she was Ordained by the Fifth Street Baptist Church under the Pastoral leadership of Rev. Todd Gray. Currently, she serves beside her husband, Pastor Micah Jackson as the First Lady of the Seventh Street Memorial Baptist Church.

In 1999, Rev. Cee Cee founded Joy In the Morning which offers practical education and support, both spiritually and naturally for those who are hurting and seeking healing both naturally and spiritually. This endeavor was birthed out of her experience as serving as a Chaplain with the Richmond City Jail and her compassion and understanding for those released to have an environment of unconditional love and support to enhance their healing and growth process.

Rev. Cee Cee holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in the field of Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Religious Studies, both from Virginia Commonwealth University. A believer in education, Rev. Cee Cee is a Graduate of the Samuel Dewitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University where she has earned her Master of Divinity degree and through a joint program with Virginia Commonwealth University she is looking to complete her Master in Patient Counseling degree. Currently she is looking at several Doctoral programs.

Rev. Cee Cee is proud and thankful for the ways in which God chooses to use her and is grateful for her assignment that allowed her to travel to Moengo, Suriname and French Guyana to spread the gospel! However, her greatest joys are found in her role as wife and mother. She is the proud wife of Pastor Micah and the mother of two unbelievable children. Her son Aaron is 23 who upon returning safely from Afghanistan is now stationed in Japan. Her daughter Melanie is 20 and is a Junior at Virginia Union University majoring in Psychology. She is proud of the accomplishments of her family and always has a story to share about them bound to make you laugh. A big kid at heart, Rev. Cee Cee loves Micky Mouse, Elmo, Spongebob Squarepants, Incredibles, Mumbo, Transformers and G.I. Joe.

Rev. Cee Cee is grateful to God for the ways that her life has been preserved and realizes that God’s grace and mercy extended towards her dictates that she be nothing more than a servant to God and God’s people. Her constant prayer is that God will continue to use her so that she can be a blessing to someone else.
