I am at a point in my life where my reading for pleasure has increased. A few years ago after feeling as though I failed at Love, I came across a novel by Beverly Jenkins, entitled, "Midnight". I will never forget that plane ride to Oklahoma City and how it helped changed my outlook on Love.
Last weekend I was feeling nostalgic and I came across a new author, Candace Shaw. I felt her writing style was unique, thus it was good enough for me to want to learn more about her and where her characters would develop. Her current book is "Her Perfect Candidate", and I am going to reserve my review because I would like to introduce you all to a new author. Especially for those who really just feel like television is not giving you the genre of quality programming you would like.
It is important to know that a book can take you on a journey and allow your imagination to be run wild. So ladies and gents, welcome to my world, where reading and knowing about love is important. Let me know what you think, and if Candace has tickled your fancy. Of course, we all have different things that we do to have an outlet from television, so let me know yours? A play is always good as well. I hear Maleficent is a good movie to see.
