I know the plans I have for you
New International Version (NIV)
11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
My church during the Lent season is praying everyday for 30 minutes. You should try it. Prayer is a powerful thing. As I was in prayer and meditation this morning, I was thinking and discussing with the Lord about a lot of things. I have a tendency often to look back over my life and sometimes kick myself. Yet today, I looked back and saw something different. I remembered how I prayed for some things and it appears that God said no, but later He would answer with a yes. There are some roads that I knew the Lord lead me on, and He did, but the outcome to finish that race was no. What's so awesome about having God in your life is knowing, even when I don't understand, that He knows. He orchestrates. He has the plan. He fixes it and turns it for my good when I mess up. When you allow God to plan your life, he fits the pieces BETTER than I could ever have planned. Please be patient, God is still at work in your life. Trust Him and He will and can do it.
